Automated Systems, Inc. today has announced the opening of a Southeast office to support ASI’s continued growth in the area.
The new office will provide local full-time management, sales, and human resource support to ASI’s Southeast Operations. The office will be based in Clearwater, Florida, in the midst of Florida's High Tech Corridor. The Southeast office will report to ASI’s corporate headquarters based in Chicago, IL.
“The Southeast office will allow ASI to diversify from our current Midwest client base. We look forward to providing our clients in Florida and the surrounding region with the same outstanding service that has allowed ASI to earn our excellent reputation within the Midwest life sciences community”, said Laszlo Kulcsar, President of ASI.
Mr. Stan Russell has been named Director of Southeast Operations. In his new position, Mr. Russell will be responsible for all business development, sales and marketing activities, staffing and project execution in the Southeast region. Mr. Russell is an accomplished professional with fourteen years of successful project, process, and validation engineering experience in the pharmaceutical/biomedical field.
“The Tampa Bay Area has the largest cluster of medical device manufacturers and one of the top ten pharmaceutical manufacturing clusters in the nation. Numerous companies have chosen to locate R&D, Manufacturing, and Packaging and Distribution operations in this area. I am excited about the opportunity to showcase the breadth and talent of ASI in this major marketplace”, said Mr. Russell.
