It is a genuine pleasure to announce the start of a new ASI business unit; Enterprise Software Sales. This business unit will be a standalone division, dedicated to direct sales and support of high level software systems targeted at medium to large size companies.
The goal of the new division is to further diversify the ASI portfolio, and compliment our traditional service offerings with the sale of enterprise level software products. An additional objective is to provide new opportunities to the service side of the organization, and open up currently untapped markets.
This approach has been considered multiple times during the past several years and it has finally materialized. The effort will be lead by a new ASI employee, Mr. Jeff Wheeler, VP of Sales, Enterprise Applications, who will start in his new position on July 01, 2009.
Jeff has over twenty years of experience in selling complex software systems. He has represented SCADA, MES, database, and compliance software suites. Jeff is very familiar with FDA regulated industries and is a supreme sales professional with outstanding achievements.
Jeff’s initial responsibility will be to market and sell MobileFrame, a leading mobile data collection product (www.mobileframe.com), to Life Science organizations. In the future, additional high value software products will be selected, represented, and sold by the Enterprise Software Sales business unit.
