Automated Systems, Inc. Delivers a Customized Intellution MMI for a Production Lyophilizer

Chicago, IL 03/29/2001

ASI recently completed the specification, coding, installation, commissioning, and validation of a Lyophilizer system used in the manufacture of parenterals.   ASI used a customized Intellution's IFIX 2.2.1 application to communicate with Modicon/Quantum PLCs in order to control the machine and record all process data.  ASI created forty  HMI screens during the coarse of the project.  The project was completed on-time and under budget. The Lyophilizer is being used for production runs after a successful validation effort.
