Consulting

ASI works with clients to select the proper control system for the specific application. ASI can perform feasibility studies, recommend control strategies, and evaluate/select computer architecture. This up-front attention can help ensure the following:

ASI can supply a state-of-the-art control system for any new cGMP autoclave installation, or retrofit any make or model of existing autoclave. ASI autoclave control systems are developed with the software life cycle model, using standard off-the-shelf software and an open architecture. All ASI autoclaves and control systems can be validated and made CFR 21 Part 11 compliant. ASI personnel have a combined autoclave experience of over 50 years.

ASI can supply a state-of-the-art control system for any new cGMP Lyophillizer installation, or retro fit any make or model of existing Lyophillizer. ASI Lyophillizer control systems are developed with the software life cycle model. All ASI Lyophillizers and control systems can be validated and made CFR 21 Part 11 compliant. ASI personnel have combined Lyophillizer experience of over 50 years.

Tablet Press Automation

The PRESS AUTOMATION CONTROLLER is a universal press control unit which easily and compactly retrofits to any Rotary Tablet Machine, old or new. Utilizing high speed Digital Signal Processing technology and a friendly Touch Screen Interface, PAC offers several unique advantages in production. This cost-effective retrofit brings older equipment to the level of control provided with new machinery. The system is modular and interfaces are built in for future expansion capabilities.
