Do you have enough RAM to accommodate your upgrade? The loss of RAM creates line issues and impacts the efficiency of your system. Can your upgrade be performed all at once? We utilize scheduled facility shut downs to ensure you minimize downtime. Or do you need to implement line upgrades sequentially? We can do up to 90% of an upgrade off-line with CPU’s if your system allows it. This will decrease the installation and qualification time of your system.
At the end of the project how can you tell that your upgrade is functional and up to your high standards? We conduct thorough end-to-end testing on the production environment. We involve Corporate IT from the beginning of the project to the end, and ensure that they are able to confirm the successful transmission of serialized information from your packaging line to your 4th tier solution.
